What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, phone number and shipping address to deliver your order and contact you about it. Payment details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. If you create a SimTorq account, we store your name, email and a securely hashed password.

Who we share it with

Only the companies needed to complete your order: Stripe (payments), the shipping carrier handling your parcel (name, address, phone), and our email provider (order and shipping emails). We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Analytics

We use anonymous analytics — which products are viewed and which countries order — to plan stock and shipping. It isn't linked to your name or email.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, then deleted.
