Products on this site are sold by SimTorq. Contact: hi@simtorq.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may depend on your delivery country. The total shown at checkout, including shipping, is the amount you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Your bank may add its own currency conversion fees.

Orders

Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email. If we can't fulfil an order — for example because of a stock error — we'll contact you and refund you in full.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at checkout and dispatched when stock arrives. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.

Shipping, returns and warranty

See Shipping & returns. These terms do not affect any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

Liability

SimTorq hardware is a gaming peripheral. Mount it securely and follow the included instructions. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
